Summer at Yoma !

We have had an incredibly fun and productive Louis, at 12, had declared that during his summer visit from Colombe, FR (near Paris) to visit his American family, he would like to work at Yoma Textiles! We are hopeful he will spearhead the Yoma Paris office upon his return! Casey is joining us on her summer break from Wake Forest University, and will be resuming her education this fall in Sienna, Italy! Best Wishes to you both and Thank You for joining us!

Last of the Winter 2010-2011 Intros are going out!

We have been working hard to ready our reps for a new season and a lot of new introductions from Yoma! There are new colorways of Raku, Bardot, Les Baux, Lyon and Torino. We are also introducing a new pattern, Hummingbird. As of today, all of our reps will have been sent their new introduction package. Please contact your salesperson to set up a meeting!

Inspired by vintage brocades and the rich timeless palette of handwoven carpets, Bijoux will debut in 7 colorways. It is appropriate for use in commercial and residential applications. We Have Moved! 12 Greene Street

Yoma Textiles has successfully moved our office of 19 years from 580 Broadway to a new ground floor location: 12 Greene Street, NY NY 10013! The space is new and inspiring. While we are now on the ground floor, we are open by appointment only, as always. Give us a call, we'd love to have you in!

Bike to Beat Epilepsy, a great success

The October 2nd charity bike ride, for which Yoma Textiles was a sponsor, was a fantastic success. It was a beautiful Fall day, with 35 bikers and 5 skateboarders who made it the 8 miles around Swartswood Lake, NJ. The event raised over $5000 for the Epilepsy Foundation of NJ. The ride was in memory of Shawn Danesi, a family and friend of Yoma Textiles who passed away suddenly in 2006 from a seizure. Thanks to all of the supporters and riders!!!

Yoma Textiles sponsors Bike to Beat Epilepsy

Bike to Beat Epilepsy: Shawn Danesi Memorial Ride.
A 7-3/4 mile fundraising bike ride to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of NJ.
The ride was organized in memory of Shawn Danesi, sister of Mandi Danesi of Yoma Textiles

The ride will take place on this Saturday, October 2nd. I, Mandi, will be skating (on a longboard!) the 7-3/4 miles. Please wish me luck!
